Madi smiled as Mark explained why people from his planet didn't bite, because then they wouldn't have nice teeth. And apparently on the planet that Mark came from if you didn't have nice teeth then you weren't considered cute. Mady raised a question eyebrow as Mark went on to say it was also bad for their health. As if explained why, Madi started to giggle. "Wow," she said still giggling. "And I thought I made no sense. But you.. you make no sense at all," Madi said teasingly trying to control her laughter.
''I don't know what you're talking about, I totally didn't see that person coming''
"Sure," Madi said sarcastically rolling her eyes in response. "I'd like to see you say that and actually look me in the eyes Mark Weasley," she said with a smile. In all honesty Madi didn't care that Mark hadn't told her that someone was coming, and she really didn't care that he was lying about not seeing the person coming. In all honesty, Madi found it rather entertaining and very humorous. Pushing a piece of hair out of her eyes, Madison smiled up at Mark.
As Mark went off to go ask his dad if it was cool if he showed Madi around the shop, Madison slowly made her way along the wall looking at all the different gadgets that could be used for pranking people. Madison stopped at one frowning. It was a rubber chicken. How could a rubber chicken be used as a prank? And who would use it? Turning it over, Madi still couldn't figure it out. what could a rubber chicken be used for in a prank? Lost in her thoughts Madison did hear Mark coming up behind her, and she jumped slightly as she heard his voice. However as soon as she figured out who it was, she smiled turning around.
"Rubber chicken?" Madi asked Mark with a giggle. "OK," Madi said with a smile putting the rubber chicken down. "Lead the way," she said with a smile. Madi waited for Mark to show her which way to go. The joke shop was a bit on the crowded side and even though she had been there multiple times before, Madi being rather short couldn't see around people to know where it was she was going. The only thing she could do was guess and hope she was going in the right direction.

''Of course I make no sense, none of the Weasleys make sense'' replied Mark, grinning innocently at Madi. Then he rolled his eyes at what she said about walking into that other person.
''Well duh, of course I saw that person, it was just fun to prove my point to you'' he then said, shrugging. When he went to ask his dad he saw Madi scanning the shop. He noticed she stopped at the product that looked like a rubber chicken. He chuckled, and after his father said it was okay, he quickly made his way back. He grinned when Madi asked about the chicken.
''Yup, a rubber chicken. It's a really weird one that is, see, my dad thought it would be funny to have a thingy that didn't do anything. So people go around, expecting it to explode, to change color or whatever, and it just doesn't do anything. It's pretty lame if you ask me'' he explained, shrugging again. He didn't really like the chicken, but it was only one of a few things he didn't like.
Mark started walking towards the back of the shop when Madi said he should lead the way. He made his way through the crowd and finally arrived at the back. There he turned around to see if Madi was still behind him, hoping she hadn't got lost in the crowd.

((I'm soo sorry for taking so long to reply.. Things have been Crazy))
Madi shook her head slightly in amusement as Mark said he made no sense because he was a Weasley. But she had no response. She smiled as she noticed him roll his eyes. And as he admitted to seeing thee person her smile grew even wider. "See now doesn't it feel good to tell the truth?" The small brunette asked teasingly but really wasn't expecting anything in response. She watched as Mark walked away, and started to wander around the shop. When Mark returned a few minutes later, Madi had made her way over to the far side of the shop and was trying to figure out how you were supposed to use a rubber chicken to prank someone.
Still standing with the rubber chicken in her hand, Madi smiled as Mark explained what it was and what you used it for - Nothing. "Impressive," Madi said with a small giggle after her had finished explaining it. She really didn't understand the point of it but whatever. It was still pretty funny to look at... Even if it served no purpose what so ever and couldn't help her with pranking Mark. Shaking her head slightly Madi put the rubber chicken back on the shelf as she wait for Mark to lead the way to the back of the shop.
As Mark led the way through the crowded shops, Madi followed trying not to get squished by the people who weren't paying attention to where they were going. Most of the time, Madi didn't mind being small, however, when ever she was in a crowd, Madi always felt like she was invisible and that people were going to step on her if she wasn't careful. Following Mark, Madi was nearly trampled by a boy that way probably a could years younger than Madi herself but probably twice her size. Jumping back just in time, Madi watched as he ran through the school like some sort of terror.
Shaking her head, Madi noticed Mark was waiting for her. Smiling, Madi ran a hand through her hair. "They're vicious," She said with a smile.

Mark tried to stop himself from laughing when he noticed Madi almost got run over by a boy about twice her size, but to no avail. When she arrived he'd composed himself, though he was still grinning.
''Vicious? Yes, you could describe the costumers like that. You should see them when he publish a new product, sometimes they sleep in front of the shop to stand first in line'' he said, shaking his head and rolling his eyes at the imaginary people laying in front of the door. He really hated it when that happened, it was sort of creepy.
''And when there's a new load of Pigmy Puffs, well.. let's just say vicious really does describe those women running and pushing and hitting and ... yeah, you get the point.'' He grinned sheepishly at Madi before turning around, grabbing the key from the back from his pocket. He looked around, trying to see if any of the costumers were trying to sneak in with him and then he quickly opened the door. He pulled Madi in and then he quickly locked the door again.
''You know, the back didn't always have a lock, but recently, people have been trying to enter and to see what the lab looks like, so we had to put a lock on it. It's a Muggle one, only there are also spells on the door'' he explained, showing Madi the key before pocketing it. Then he turned around and spread his arms, grinning.
''Well, welcome to the lab. What do you want to see?''

Madi raised a question eyebrow as she neared Mark. It was way to obvious to her that he had been laughing at her again. "You're just hoping that I will get run over aren't you?" Madi asked and eyebrow arched in question, but her tone was still light and joking. Shaking her head in amusement, Madi poked Mark in her side. "If you want me to be run over so bad, you might as well do it yourself. It would be quicker," Madi said shrugging her thin shoulders. Bitting her bottom lip, Madi tried to control the smile tat was pulling at the corners of her light pink lips.
As Mark explained what the customers of the store could be like, Madi couldn't help but smile. As Mark said some people slept outside the store wanting to be first in line, Madi gave a small laugh. "I've done that," she said with a small blush. "Not for the joke shop but I've done that waiting to be first in line for a concert." She blushed slightly looking away from Mark. The only other person who knew she'd done that had been Ryder, but he had been with her. And for Madi, it was sort of embarrassing admitting that she was that into a band. But she couldn't help it, the lead singer hand been very cute.
As Mark pulled her into a room and then quickly locked the door behind them, Madi looked at him, and eyebrow raised in question. As he explained, she slowly nodded her head. "Ah I see," She said with a smile. "So basically that means I'm going to be envied by many Because, I'm special enough to get to see the lab where, your dad and uncle make up their crazy ideas." She smiled. It was a slightly conceited comment, but she couldn't help it. She'd been hanging around conceited people for most of her life, and apparently they were wearing off on her. Madi smiled looking up at Mark.
Looking around the lab, Madi smiled. She wasn't sure what she wanted to see first. Slowly she turned around. There were way to many choices for her to chose just one. "Oh I don't know," Madi said finally answering Mark's question. "What one is you're favorite?" Madi asked turning around so she was once again facing Mark. Waiting for his answer she smiled. She honestly didn't care what she saw first, it was all so fascinating.

Mark chuckled as Madi said he was just hoping she'd get run over, and shrugged as she said he'd have to do it himself, because that'd be quicker.
''I could do it myself, but that's no fun. Besides, I might hurt you and I don't want that'' he said, shrugging. He looked at her in surprise when she said she'd done one of the things he really hated. But when she explained, he knew that what she did was far more common than what those freaky obsessed people did that went to sleep in front of a joke shop.
''Well, when you do that it is actually fun, and you usually do it together with someone else and there are loads of people doing it. It's some sort of social event for people who like the same band'' he therefore said, pushing a kid aside that wouldn't get out of their way. He grinned at what Madi said after they entered the lab and he'd quickly locked the door.
''Well, yeah. Not a lot of people have the privilige of seeing the lab. I think only Cole has seen it, from all my friends'' he explained as he walked towards the lab and put the keys down on the table. He turned back to Madi when she asked what one was his favorite. He sighed and thought for a minute, knowing he liked all of the ideas.
''Well, they're currently working an addition to the Skiving Snackboxes, but they're not really making any progress yet'' he said, walking towards a couple of small boxes that were piled on each other at the corner of the desk, that was standing in the middle of the lab. He opened one of the boxes and grabbed a candy from it.
''So, the idea is to combine the nosebleed nougat and the ton-tongue toffee, so that your nose will bleed, grow and swell up, along with your tongue, or something. Really, they don't tell me everything, but I think that's what it does. I'm not about to try it though, it's not really working yet.''

"So let me et the straight," Madi said frowning slightly. "You won't do it yourself because you're afraid you'd hurt me. How does that work? No matter who I get run over by it's probably going to hurt. Well actually probably not. Ryder beats up on me all the time but still... Oh never mind," Madi said with a small giggle. "Your logic confuses my little mind. You know we must not over work it. Last time I did that it didn't go so well," Madi said with a small smile once again making fun of herself. "Good point young grasshopper," Madi said as Mark said that waiting all night in a line for a concert was in fact different then waiting in line for the joke shop.
Madi smiled as she listened to Mark. She wasn't sure why but she found herself listening to everything that he said. The way he pronounced his words was in Madi's opinion the most perfect sound she'd ever heard. She wasn't sure why she was feeling this way. After all hadn't her parents always told her to stay away from the Potters and Weasleys? But then again when had she ever listened to her parents. Mark was sweet and completely different from any other guy she knew. Madi blinked could it be? Was she starting to fall for the blond Gryffindor boy?
Shaking her head slightly as if to clear it, Madi turned her attention back to the lab. She would deal with her feelings later. As Mark explained showed her a small Candy, Madi bit her bottom lip slightly. The effects sounded interesting to say the least. And it would be rather amusing to watch someone deal with it. "Hmmm... How much trouble would we get into if we were to try one of those candies. Not on ourselves though. No, that wouldn't be a good idea, not with them still not working right." Madi paused for a moment.
"But say if we were to find a kid who would do anything to try the all new product from the Joke shop that no one had tried yet. I'm sure a bunch of kids would want to.. But yah.. it's a stupid idea..." Madi trailed off. She wasn't sure what Mark would say, but she didn't really care. She tended to have random idea's like that all the time and she was used to people shooting them down. Instead it was actually the rare times that someone agreed to one of her idea's that really shocked her.
