Name: Alora Demetra Glazier
Cannon Character: No
Other Accounts on the Site: None
Age and Birthday: 14, April 5th
Blood line: Half-blood
Sex: Female
Year: 4th
House: Ravenclaw!
School: Hogwarts
Standing: Order Supporter
Pet: A brown owl she named Coco.
Broom: A Firebolt.
Personality: Alora is outgoing and cheerful, and isn't afraid to speak her mind. She's determined and stubborn, so if she wants something enough, she'll get her way. Alora is very loyal to her friends, and will get mad easily if they're insulted. She has a very short temper, and likes nothing more than getting revenge. She isn't afraid of things like spiders and snakes, and she teases those who are, just because she isn't. Alora is only really friendly to people who've earned her trust. She ignores those she doesn't know and makes sure the people she hates hate her back.
Alora is very intelligent, but rarely puts any effort into things like schoolwork. She'd rather be wasting her time doing unimportant things such as drawing all over her homework when she can't be bothered to work out the answers. Alora finds Quidditch interesting, but not interesting enough to join the Quidditch team just yet. Despite the fact that she makes fun of others, Alora hates being made fun of herself.
History: Alora was born at 5:34am on December 5th, in a large, nicely decorated house that Jack and Isabelle Glazier called 'home'. Alora was always a loud, destructive child, who would never fail to be amused by the sound of teddy bears having their heads ripped off. Eventually her parents decided to get her much less delicate toys, which ended up being chewed to bits.
Six years after Alora's birth, her sister Corynn was born. Corynn was more quiet and shy then Alora was, and this irritated her slightly, and for a while Alora would pull pranks on Corynn such as putting plastic spiders in her drinks and stuffed snakes in her bed. Eventually, Alora learned to get along with her sister and grow out of her childlike habits.
When Alora received her letter accepting her into Hogwarts she became very excited. The day afterward the family made a trip to Diagon Alley to get her school supplies. It wasn't until Alora accidentally set light to Corynn's goldfish that her parents decided to lock it in her trunk and keep the key until it was time for her to get onto the Hogwarts Express.
Strengths: Alora's main strength is probably her intelligence, although her unwillingness to use it is definitely a weakness. Alora is good at Quidditch and enjoys some muggle sport too. Alora doesn't really have a hobby, or anything she's really really good at. Unless you count her story writing, something she does when she's very bored and has nothing to do.
Weaknesses: Alora's main weakness is clearly the fact that she doesn't put much effort into her schoolwork. If she wants to, she'll work really hard, but other than that, she can't be bothered. Also, if something goes wrong, Alora tends to panic quite a bit.
Wand: Oak, owl claw, 8 inches.
Appearance: Alora has long brown hair which is usually tied back to keep it out of her eyes. On some occasions she won't tie is back, but it isn't often. Alora's eyes are normally dull grey in color, but it can change to an icy blue occasionally. Alora has her mother's eyes. All of her parents' friends tell her that. Alora's height is about average for girls her age, and so is her weight.
When not in school, Alora wears ordinary muggle clothing. She doesn't really care what other muggles wear, she just wears what she thinks looks nice. Alora doesn't bother with things like jewelry or makeup often, except for a small pendant her sister got her which she wears every day.

"Are you coming or not? Hurry up!"
Crystal smiled at her friends' impatience. "If you're that worried about arriving early then go on ahead. I have something to do anyway." the last part was more to herself than to the others. And it wasn't a lie either. The group would pass the cemetery on the way to the store they wanted to visit. Crystal wanted to go there one last time before they moved.
"Well if you're sure.."
Crystal sighed as she watched them run off. They were trying hard to be her friend after what happened, but Crystal had to admit, they weren't doing a very good job. It didn't bother her much though. She preferred to be alone nowadays anyway. It helped her think.
Crystal entered the cemetery. She spotted her sister's gravestone immediately and walked toward it. The gravestone was white, and there was a marble angel perched on the top. Crystal smiled. Ella would've liked that. She touched the smooth marble gently, then traced over the name 'Gabriella Aurora Romain' that was engraved in capital letters.
As she sat down on a bench next to Ella's grave, Crystal pulled something out of her pocket. It was a small bouquet of artificial flowers. Black Roses. Ella's favorite. She tied the bouquet together with a magenta ribbon, making sure the bow was as perfect looking as she could get it to look, and placed it by the gravestone. She then sat back down again.
Crystal's parents had taken Ella's death very badly. So badly they had to move houses. This had caused a big argument between Crystal and her parents. Crystal sighed. Sometimes she really didn't get along with the rest of her family. She remembered her parents announcing that the family was moving to Florida. Crystal had gotten very angry and said alot of hurtful things about them that she hadn't meant to say.
What she really needed was a friend. A friend who she could talk to about anything. A friend like Adelphe. But Adelphe was on the other side of the world right then. She hadn't even left Crystal any means of contacting her. So Adelphe didn't know about them moving, or Ella's death, even. Now she came to think about it, Adelphe wasn't that great a friend. No. There were plenty of nicer people than Adelphe.
