One of those days, it was just one of those days. Nothing seemed right to do at all, and it seemed like there was no where to go that would make a difference in the day. The day itself was fine, sunny, and partial clouds that lay over head, but something just didn't seem right. The streets of Hogsmead were crowded, as usual, but something still felt empty in it's desire to be completed. Did that make sense? She walked around, shuffling her feet as she walked, it seem a bit strange to be basically one of the few adults that were in fact in the village. Did it seem that crazy?
The shops poured out like fountains of children. They enter with a sack of gold, and then come out almost to completely broke. It kindof made Pandora wonder what jobs their parents had to be able to afford so little but cost so much. One sack of gold could get you a mere broom, but what about all the other stuff? Did they have money for those also? She walked on, thoughts still swarming.
She came across the small, and vaguely familiar, bar called the Three Broomsticks. She frowned upon the name, but entered anyway, and surprisingly it seemed almost entirely empty, it was only a matter of minutes before the crowd took over this place too, so she made her way to the bar. Only to be greeted by a familiar face. She smiled as he greeted her. "Pandora," He said happily. "It's been years!"
"Oh my, Augustus?" She asked, jumping joyously in her head. "It's been so long, how have you been?" She paused. "Oh... fire whiskey, please." She asked before handing him the cash.
"No no no, I can't possibly charge you!" He said handing her the bottle. "I've been wonderful." He said with a smile.
"That's good to hear." She said.
She suddenly drowned out of conversation. How had she been? Well, lets see... awful. Absolutely awful, but she couldn't let him know that. She hid it behind her angelic face that had innocence plastered upon it, but betrayal seared from underneath her skin. She found herself back in conversation, missing 90 percent of it, and carried on with what she was doing before; absolutely nothing.
She gave him a small apology before she found a seat at the bar, waiting for people she knew to enter, but she hadn't been here in years... she doubted she'd recognize anyone. She sat completely silent in her desire to fit in, and suddenly opened her purse and revealed the inside to be infested with books galore. She took one out, and began reading. She sipped her drink slowly and gracefully as she had nothing better to do with her time.
